This comes after Ukraine launched a significant strike on a Moscow oil refinery early Thursday.
Footage shared on social media showed a massive explosion followed by an extensive fire at the refinery site.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy acknowledged the operation via a message on X, describing it as «an entirely justified reaction to Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities and communities».
It marked the second attack on the refinery by Kyiv this week, continuing efforts to disrupt Moscow’s energy sector.
